Monthly Reiki share meetings are available free of charge to developing Reiki healers that I`ve personally trained. A typical Reiki share will begin with meditation/energy work for spiritual development, a mini lesson on an aspect of healing, followed by a healing exchange practice session. |

Therapy Session Duration
Every session is unique and progresses in response to the bio-energetic needs of the client. Kinesiology sessions are typically facilitated over 75-90 minutes. Reiki, Crystal Therapy and Spiritual healing are facilitated over 75 minutes.
Preparing for your session
Prior to your treatment, eat only a light snack that is easily digestible. Wear comfortable clothes for your visit. Plan to have at least one hour to relax after your session to integrate the changes to your energy system.
Payment
Whilst I do not process credit/debit cards, if you would prefer to make your payment via bank transfer prior to your session, my details are available on request. Cash is also acceptable with thanks.
Health Insurance
Please check with your health insurance provider whether the Complementary Therapies offered are covered in the terms and conditions of your policy. I can provide you with an invoice on request.
Notes for New Clients
For Health Kinesiology sessions please download, print and complete the Health Questionnaire in your own time. Focus on all your health and wellbeing concerns, let me know about you. All information is strictly confidential and adheres to the General Data Protection Regulation.
